There are daily flights in and out of Goose Bay from most Canadian and United States cities, with connections to the major cities throughout the world. We work with all airlines to provide the best possible connections in and out of Goose Bay.
When you arrive in Goose Bay an Igloo lake Lodge Representative will greet you at the Airport and provide transportation to the hotel for the night, and to Otter Creek Sea Plane Basin the next Morning.
We then use local air carriers in Goose Bay to transport our guests to and from our lodge. These are fixed wing aircraft and include Twin Otter and Beaver Aircraft. These aircraft all operate under visual flight regulations (VFR). For this leg of your trip, all reservations are handled by us.
We ask that all our guest try and keep baggage to an approximate weight of 50 pounds per person.

Labrador weather is unpredictable and can change quickly. Since flights from Goose Bay to the Lodge are weather dependent delays to our lodge can occur. We will not be responsible for incurring accommodation costs in Goose Bay should a flight be delayed. By the same token, if your flight from the Lodge to Goose Bay is delayed due to inclement weather conditions, the cost to stay extra time is absorbed by us. Rest assured will monitor weather carefully and keep guest informed of conditions and plans. Your safety is our number one priority!
