Daily rates are available upon request.

We do provide space for less than a week, but it has to be prearranged and extra costs for transportation could apply.

Our quoted rates are all inclusive. This includes accommodations, meals, clean linens, meals, guides, boats, motors and fuel, ground transportation to and from Goose Bay Airport, air transportation to and from the lodge, licenses, and all taxes. Lodge rates only are available upon request.

We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of any booking, which is non-refundable if you cancel. If trip is cancelled due to illness, with doctor's verification, deposit will be held for the following year. The balance is to be paid upon your arrival at Goose Bay. Consideration may be given to applying a deposit to a next years booking, if the cancellation is due to illness.

Reservations should be made as soon as possible, as space could not be available if your confirmation does’t reach us by January or February.

We are not responsible for guests expenses if delayed at Goose Bay due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances and our rates will still apply. If you are likewise delayed in leaving our lodge, the extra costs to stay at our lodge are borne by us.

Incidentally, if you are delayed, we also have an arrangement with the regional Air Carrier to book you on the next available flight.

We reserve the right to use any empty space on any aircraft for staff or supplies, gratis.

We meet and deliver all our guests from and to the Goose Bay Airport Terminal to and from our Seaplane or Helicopter Base, at no extra costs to you.

At our lodge we constantly have direct communications with our staff through our company Radio. We have microwave telephone services available to our guests; calling card rates apply.
